This hotel suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and fast Wi-Fi. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped me find great shopping spots. I’ll definitely be back for Christmas!

I had an awesome time enjoying the stunning views from my room and relaxing by the amazing pool. The spa was a treat, and I loved the chill vibe at the outdoor swimming pool. I had a great time staying at Autograph Collection in Panama City. The room was spacious, and the views were fantastic. The pool area was upbeat with a lively atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were really attentive and welcoming. They made me feel at home right away. The dining options were varied, with delicious meals available throughout my stay. That said, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak, which made it a bit challenging to work and connect with family. Also, the service staff at the restaurants weren't very attentive at times, creating frustrating dining experiences. I think they could improve on that to enhance guest satisfaction.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a spacious room with stunning views. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially our favorite server, Julio, at Ciao Raggazi. Don’t miss their delicious lasagna and fresh strawberry lemonade! A great escape, just don't expect to walk everywhere.

Encountered some inconvenient surprises starting with check-in delays, which stretched to 20 minutes late at night. Some light switches in the room didn’t function properly and we found a distinct sewage smell from the second bathroom during our stay. The pool area wasn't maintained well, with debris floating in the water and a serious lack of towels leading guests back to their rooms. Loud music from the nightclub on the 19th floor disrupted our sleep during late hours, which was both frustrating and uncomfortable. Additionally, the absence of adequate staff to manage poolside service meant that food and drink orders took an eternity, if they were even fulfilled. Overall, while the facilities have potential, they suffer from a glaring lack of attention to detail and upkeep.
