I stayed here for a trip and would stay there again. The place was impeccably clean and perfect, had very attentive staff with proper customer service training and attitude. The hotel had a particularly good location short walk from Palacio Bolivar.

The location of the hotel was central, near shopping malls, restaurants, clubs, and the center of Panama City. Andres Bello Park was not too far away from the venue. The authentic restaurant at the hotel had exceptional service. The room amenities included climate control, a flat-screen television, and a safe box.

During my stay at the Sortis Hotel, I was thrilled to experience the luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The room I stayed in was truly 5-star with its spacious layout, comfortable bed, and a stunning view from the 10th floor. The bathroom was enormous, and the shower was divine. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the robe and flip flops, as well as the complimentary water and Nescafe coffee in the room. The gift shop on the first floor was a pleasant surprise, offering reasonably priced souvenirs that were even cheaper than other places in the city. The pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and I enjoyed several hours there even after checkout. The spa treatments, especially the chocolate wrap and massage, were absolutely fantastic, thanks to the expert care of Carolina. my stay at this Marriott-affiliated hotel was truly memorable.
